I was reading a small town local newspaper. There was a blurb in there that the local police were investigating the sexual assault of a 7 year old by a 6 year old. Due to the sensitive nature of the issue, no further information could be released. Can a 6 year old really sexually assault another child? Wouldn't this be something that the parents would normally handle? Sit the children down and explain about privacy and inappropriate touching? Let them know that it's not okay to do these things? Does anyone else think this is strange?
