Depression Support Group
Depression is a real and debilitating condition that is often misunderstood by family and friends. Its meaning can range from a prolonged period of sadness to an actual mental illness with specific symptoms. Find and share experiences with others who are going through the same struggles.
feeling rather unsettled tonight cause usually i don't feel it this intense.
i used to sleep with a knife in my pillow case. thats why i love the "office," its windowless, small, cluttered, and the door locks. i always feel safe here with the computer, and just in case i have a hidding place and a knife hidden close by.
but i think its just merely, me trying to feel safe and secure on my own, without . . . never mind. in short, i just want to feel safe, and i think this has become my comofort zone, thats all it is i think is feeling safe.
that being said if you worry about it perhaps you should see your doctor about it.
take care

If you've watched the show called "A Haunting", you know what I mean.
The stories are long though. There's either the mega short version without backstory that sound non fictional. Or the full stories that are still hard to believe.
But they happened to me.
It happened in a gated community, right in my parking stall, in front of my apt door,.............So someone was waiting for me when i came, as i usually do at midnight....please be CAREFUL, buy pepper spray, maybe is no coincidence i can't sleep right now checked on DS and saw this post.
I'm at a hotel right now because i'm too freaked out to ever go back to actually sleep at my apt, i'm moving.
Pay attention to your intuition, and buy at least pepper spray.......
My Dad bought a gun, and my Mom blamed ME.
Eventually I caught the little pervert...some teenage guy from the neighborhood. He had gotten bold and climbed the fence and was at my BACK window...I saw him, and he ran across our yard and out the back gate.
Cops were there later that day after I told my Daddy who it was...I wonder whatever happened to that little pervert.
Still...that kid probably got plenty of eyefulls of ME....all I had over my windows were frilly white curtains.
Never until the last time, did I ever feel like I was being watched. Just goes to show, that someone can be looking at you and you never know it....
...scary.
