Depression Support Group
Depression is a real and debilitating condition that is often misunderstood by family and friends. Its meaning can range from a prolonged period of sadness to an actual mental illness with specific symptoms. Find and share experiences with others who are going through the same struggles.
Good luck. I hate that feeling! xx
I have been trying to do a bit but then I just feel worse like today.
I'm getting so tired of the fight everyday.
Our pool just opened, I think I am going to try to start going everyday and make myself swim or do light water arobics. It helped last summer, I hated it when the pool was closed. My main problem is finding a time when it is not overcrowed with kids. Don't think that will be possible this early in the season. I can't wait until Za gets back, he and I had a blast at the pool last year.
Anyway, I see your are a member of chronic pain, and Deb's positive pain group, and snow told you about the CFS group, so I will just throw slightly cracked out there, it is more geared toward mutlipain health problems including depression and anxiety.
So, hope you feel better soon. Try light walking, it may help with you energy reserve. I need to do that myself, but........procrastination.
I've been on so many different meds since December I just don't know if any will help anymore.
I also look forward to swimming.
life is NOW. expend only the energy needed to do the present activity.
multi-tasking is an invention of our modern society. don't do it.
make a plan for each day. do them one at a time.
by worrying, a person is trying to live today and tomorrow at the same time!
