I am so sorry this is happening to you. I am right now in the same place as you, but I do have some support. Sending you cyber-hugs.

I am doing some of the same old crazy stuff like locking all the doors and closing the blinds and getting ready to shut down my phones.

Trying not to turn phones off because will lose contact with my nurse friend. I should tell her but don't want to ruin her special time with her daughter. I wish I was dead

You've been doing so great and your nurse gf will be back. Think about how she is being blessed with a new grandbaby and try to share in that joy with her if you can ok?
Try to do things that can relax and calm you.. see. You made it thru last nite and I'm really proud of you.

Yes LUV I am doing ok now. I didn't go down as deep or stay down as long talked to her and that helped. I tried to hide how I was feeling from her but she could tell. I guess I was just being childish and insecure. She will be coming home soon and that will be great.

Thanks for letting us know you are okay BB. I'm so glad you are feeling better after talking to her. You know she doesn't want you trying to hide your feelings from her, okay? You weren't being childish or insecure, it's just this ugly thing called depression rearing it's ugly head.

After we met she helped me get help and med changes. I love her and she says she loves me. I never thought that going to ER during one of my melt downs would ever turn out so positive. It feels good to be loved!

I was where you are last week and I didn't think my body and mind were going to come back. I thought I was trapped in that black hole forever. I started taking two different supplements on top of my Prozac, and also started drinking a ton of water, as well as getting enough sleep. It's a long story as to what happen to me and how I came back from a horrific week, but please don't give up hope.
