Depression Support Group
Depression is a real and debilitating condition that is often misunderstood by family and friends. Its meaning can range from a prolonged period of sadness to an actual mental illness with specific symptoms. Find and share experiences with others who are going through the same struggles.
hi, I'm Christianna. I'm 20 and I'm a chef. I've been single for about 6 months now. My ex left me unexpectedly and without explanation, and did not contact me after he broke up with me. It's been really difficult, we had been together over 2 years. It's been 6 months since I've felt loved. My parents do not speak to me anymore. They think that I feel like I'm too good for them. I call them over and over to talk and they don't respond. I don't have any friends near me (Boston) and no family either. All I want is for someone to hold me while I cry and make sure I'm drinking enough water.
ive been vomiting a lot the last two days. I had a pregnancy test and it's negative because I have the implant. But it's really hard to feel so sick and not have anyone to take care of you. I miss my family so much and I don't know what I did to deserve being exiled. All I want is to feel loved.

Can you identify these rom-coms from just a screenshot from the middle of the films? This is a multiple choice quiz so even if you're not entirely sure you can always take a guess and at least have a 25% chance of getting it right anyway, so why not have a go?! https://www.buzzfeed.com/alysaurus688/rom-com-screenshot-trivia-quiz

Also very sorry about ex boyfriend. :( I've actually been in your shoes a bit, all I can say is you will survive, but you may not look at your family the same afterwards...
There is something odd going on ... BF vaporizing as he did. No CLUE as to why he left?? Then, the parental rejection ... no clue as to why that?? Somewhat bewildering to me.
All I can say is "If anyone doesn't like me, .. screw 'em" but I doubt you can take that position. I wish I could be more helpful.
Sorry to hear of all the challenges that you are facing, and the loneliness. As Sharanin suggested, going to the doctor might be a good start. Hopefully you will have opportunity to meet with your family as well to get things sorted out.
Getting involved with a support group or talking to a a licensed counselor might be helpful for you as well.
Hope that things improve for you.:)
