Sertraline side effects anybody?

Have any you been on the generic zoloft and had anxiety as a side effect of the medication and if so has it wore off? Any advice is helpful, even better would be somebody that has an anxiety disorder along with depression like I do Thanks!

Been taking it for years .. coupled with Mirtazapine. Between the two, no anxiety problems to speak of.

Best to get med info from your doctor though.

I have been taking Sertraline for quite some time now along with Clonazepam for anxiety and panic attacks. No bad reaction from either of them. They have really helped me a lot. Maybe you should ask your doc about Clonaxepam for anxiety. Or there may be someting else for the anxiety but Clonazepam works for me along with the Sertraline. Good luck! Anxety can be awful.

I have both depression & anxiety..I took Sertraline & all it did was make me sooooo tired. I have found the only thing that works for me is generic Lexapro, give it a try, it is now dirt cheap! Good luck!
