SAM-e - natural med - It halps!

I have been taking this for a while now and it sure helps drag my mood off the floor. It takes a few days to work, sometimes sooner. Its quite affordable and is available and with good reviews on Amazon.

I stopped it for a while but noticed my mood darkened and the tears came back again...

Anyone else use SAM-e?

Amazon have it, the one I use is from Doctors Best.
I am in the UK but Im sure you can get it in the US too

It really seems to help me too. I have eliminated my mood stabilizer drugs using it. I get mine from SAMS club, but I think you can get it at Walgreens as well. It's definitely worth a shot! Sly

Try iherb...doctors best is low cost and effective. One of the most powerful AD ever!!! If you haven't tried it that's great because it might just change your life!!! It helps the liver detox also so win-win situation here. Make sure you take a b complex vitamin with it and ALWAYS mention what you want to take with your dr if on meds. This shit will fuck you up if you mix it with some medicines...trust me on this one :)

P.S. if you are on meds make sure you mention what you want to take with your pharmacist. They know more about med reactions than your dr and probably hear better since their heads aren't as far up their arse!

I used to be on it and it did work for me the first time around, then I stopped and the second go around it didn't. My doctor decided to put me on Zoloft. Been about 2 yrs I've been on it and it's been working!
