Hi Everyone
today has not been the greatest, just been feeling under the weather, little to everything is upsetting me... since I was old enough to work I’ve always taking care of others, my job before moving to Florida I worked with children with mental health and mental disability for 16 years, on top of that had to take care of the house hold, had a man that didn’t work and always cheated, moved to Florida to get away from him, and meet someone who was very abusive, when he left, my mother started showing signs of dementia, and now I am trying my best to be here for her, I just wish at times I can have a normal life is that asking for to much ??????

I'm horrified! I knew my insurance would go up due to getting a new car but I didn't expect it to go up over $2,000. I did have an accident with the snow/ice in the winter. I was just telling my brother that I have had my car since March 2, 2026 and have only spent $75 on an oil change. Now this! I called another insurance company and their quote was over $4,000. I guess I have to pay...

We all have 24 hours in a day. How we spend these hours is important. Watching a little bit of a video about how sitting affects us made me aware of how much sitting and laying down I do. Gonna have to work on that.Your turn. Tell me another truth.
It's not asking too much in the sense that you're being selfish or anything. It's just asking for something that doesn't exist unfortunately. There is no normal life out there, we all have something that plagues us. But it reminds us of our need for God and that we need saving. But I empathize with you, this weekend I've been incredibly down and negative and oddly I have no reason to be currently. I think sometimes, we're so used to having negative things happen (depending on the amount of battles we've been dealt), that we become conditioned to feel ill effects even when it isn't warranted. I'm just chronically unhappy and moody. I know that God molds us through our trials, though. And it sounds like you've had your fair share, so he's doing some pretty remarkable work on you---we just never see it until it's in our rear-view.
Hold on, you're fighting and allow yourself to feel how you feel. It's hard.
