Depression Support Group
Depression is a real and debilitating condition that is often misunderstood by family and friends. Its meaning can range from a prolonged period of sadness to an actual mental illness with specific symptoms. Find and share experiences with others who are going through the same struggles.

You are doing some exciting things right now, finishing school and starting an internship! ThePepperMan is right. Instead of giving in to your anxiety about being in top shape for these things, try to focus on what makes them worth the effort and draw strength from that.
I can relate a little bit - this year I separated from my husband after my marriage finally went so far downhill that I couldn't cope. This April would mark our 3rd anniversary and our fifth year together. At the time that I was forced to leave, it was very close to the one-year anniversary of my father's death, the beginning of a new semester, and we were also in the process of moving into a new home.
Eventually I had my medication adjusted and started seeing a therapist again to work through the reasons the relationship ended - it was important for me to accept that it takes two people working together to make a relationship function, so not all of the blame was on me. Reach out to family and friends, try to do small things that usually brighten your mood - get a treat for yourself on payday or stop by to visit a family member or friend after class or work, just for a chat. Step out of your sadness a little bit and it will get easier.
Wishing you the very best! You can get through this.
