I loved Robbin Williams so much, he was a great comedian and actor. I really loved him in Good Morning Vietnam. For whatever reason Robbin didn't get the help that he needed and took his own life. I hope that his soul is now being taken care of in the next life. I am sure he's been forgiven in the universe, but I somehow doubt that his family has forgiven him yet.

I know that if I was one of his kids, I would have a extremely hard time forgiving him for what he did. But hopefully, eventually, with some therapy, his kids will be able to move on and forgive him. But his wife? Well, woman have a tendancy to hold a grudge for life, she may never forgive him, and I personally wouldn't blame her.

But aside from all that, I did love him, but I really didn't know him personally, just him as an actor. Although, behind the scenes footage always showed Robbin making people laugh wherever he went, even when he wasn't required to by his job. I think he wanted to make people happy. :) I will miss him as well

I miss his quick wit, and loved his rapid fire monologues. It was easy to lose track of what he was saying, but he jumped around so often that you could easily jump back on!

To bad he wasn't on DS, we've would have shown him some love and support. He was great!

Exactly Momcries, thats what I meant. Its just sad, it really is. I agree with the person who said that if only he came onto DS we could have shared some love and support.

Who knows, perhaps he did come here! I can't imagine a celebrity of his stature joining an online group under their real name.

I am most probably sure that Robin Williams DID get a lot of love and support. As we all know, no one can say what is going on in a person's mind. You never know how someone is really feeling.

A very sweet man and a volcano of comedic and dramatic talent as an actor. Like all comedians, he had to tread the dark side. He seemed to be comfortable there. He is forever immortalized on film and digital!

I grew up watching Robin's movies. One of my favorite movies to watch as a kid was Hook. His comedies always put a smile on my face. When I heard about how he was suffering from depression, I empathized with him. It particularly struck me as a gamer. I thought about how his daughter Zelda might feel.
