Depression Support Group
Depression is a real and debilitating condition that is often misunderstood by family and friends. Its meaning can range from a prolonged period of sadness to an actual mental illness with specific symptoms. Find and share experiences with others who are going through the same struggles.

Sorry to hear about the insurance woes. I end up fighting with my insurance pretty often. My PDoc is this last week mischarged me for my co-pay not much, but it was an obvious error. I just paid it because waiting two hours on the phone to fight the charge was just not worth my time and aggravation. Insurance can be a godsend when it works and when you are within their network.
Did your friend text you back?
I understand the txt thing, but I also know when I'm depressed I rely too much on return txts to make me feel better, so much that I sit there waiting and waiting. Try not to overdo the txt'ing too, he might end up feeling overwhelmed.
I also have no children and just lost my husband. Find myself feeling like I have contributed nothing or left no mark for even existing. And DST as well as SAD do a number on me as well. I cannot wait for the warmer, longer days. (Although we did see 64 degrees today . ) I hope you find some peace and comfort soon that all these things don't pile up and stress you out so much so quick.
