I don't get it, but then I don't know what Holby CIty is, but from the google results, it looks like a soap opera that plays at night.

Not sure what dinosaurs have to do with that hospital though. Is there some sort of time portal down in the basement, or some special button in the lift?

There is an ad playing in the UK for HD freeview TV. In the Ad they get actors to stand in front of a green screen, they act out a little thing and they project something out of place onto the green screen.
She decided she didnt want freeview HD because having programmes mixed up would be annoying. It a random conversation but it had me laughing
