hey folks in the depression community -

as our biggest community, i like to give you guys a little bit of "special" treatment...just wanted to let you all know that we've just launched two often-requested features:

1) SENT MESSAGES - In your My Messages box, you can now see which messages you've replied to or forwarded, and also view your Sent messages.

2) TOP HUGGERS - Click on PEOPLE at the top of this page, and check out our new list of the Top 20 Huggers on DailyStrength. Is your name on there?

More to come real soon...we're so, so close on Chat (another heavily requested feature)...stay tuned.

Looks like someone might have bumped an old April message to the top because all the features were here when I came in Sept 2007.

What is the status of a better chat feature Doug?

Dear Doug,
Thanks for looking in on us. We've had some discussions recently that had many come to the agreement and conclusion that an
IGNORE button feature would solve many problems and lessen the derision on some of the boards. I know running a site like this is an enormous task, however if you would consider incorporating this feature, it would solve a lot of problems and time on your end regarding complaints too.
I would love to hear back from you about this, there are so many on here who really want this feature (mosts sites have them from the get go) please, if you would let us know if this is a real possibility for this site in the manner in which it is set up, that would be great.
Any response from you regarding an ignore feature would help to make us feel heard. Thanks so much for taking the time to address this. Alexandria

I just like the idea of getting "special" treatment. Do we get prizes for being the biggest community on DS? A pizza party would sure be cool. I'll chip in...
