my son was found guilty for a crime he didn’t commit. The judge would not allow our most crucial evidence and witnesses at trial or his parents. He will be sentenced next month and I’m so sad and depressed that I cry daily. He’s 26 and a good guy. I need the strength and hopefulness for him. I don’t know what I’ll do after sentencing. I want to give up , but then I think of what it would do to my son....a Mom in distress

but they specialize in DNA exoneration .... they may not be of help depending on what the conviction is about.
My kids are 15 and 17. I tell them NEVER to talk to the police beyond telling them their names. Flat out NOTHING you ever say to the police, can ever help you. The whole "cooperation" and we'll think better of you...is a lie.
(((I'm not antipolice. I'm just being realistic. Things like being confused about where you were Wed night can be made to sound like a lie in court. Better not to say anything and have people think that you're hiding something, Than to make an innocent mistake and have that used to convince a judge/jury that you were deceitful.)))
