Depression Support Group
Depression is a real and debilitating condition that is often misunderstood by family and friends. Its meaning can range from a prolonged period of sadness to an actual mental illness with specific symptoms. Find and share experiences with others who are going through the same struggles.
Hope that your children don't have it but if they do, comfort them, tell them you know how they feel and tell them they are going to be okay. They will feel loved and comforted.

I DO REGRET NOT HAVING ANY CAUSE I DONT DRIVE.

Do I worry about my kids, hell yeah. My son runs the highest risk but seems fine at 21. My middle child takes after me the most but seems to be doing fine.
I wouldn't have changed anything about having them. And the bipolar has been undiagnosed in my family tree for years...my grandmother and my mother. I'm the only one that has gotten the proper treatment and I feel great most days.
