I have a splitting sinus headache today.the pain has put me in a bad place.these sinus headaches can last for days.Going thru some family stuff too.Really stressful.wrote about it in my journal but when i set it to friends only it posted in the ds main news feed.Everything has me down.i had to set it to private but now i cant share it with friends.Guess its not that big a deal just one more thing.


My youngest son whos 18 is really stressing me out so badly with all his ling.Hes in therapy but its just getting worse and worse....Need this headache to calm down s i can function.these headaches knock me out flat..

Sorry you're suffering with a terrible headache on top of family problems. Life gets too heavy sometimes. Hopefully you feel better physically and emotionally soon. Sometimes there's not any specific thing to say that really helps. However, I do care.

    A tree outside where I live is dying, seemingly from dog urine----with the bully in my building going out his way to not only have his dog urinate there but to have the dog urinate on the fence and sign I bought to try save the tree----and then slide the sign under my apt door.Turns out that was a TRIGGER for me----bullying and humialtion right out of high school.    I didn't realize it at the...
