I have a really bad headache!! lol
I can't sleep =/
unfortunately, it's giving me a stomachache too.
does anyone think this could stress-related?

or well. does anyone have some quick and easy solutions to get rid of a headache? =P

Helping a friend is NEVER a wate of time. Aleve works for me, and yes it is stress!

ahh. i didnt even think to take aleve. I took 600 mgs of ibuprofen about a half hour ago. it doesn't seem to be helping.

oooooops I forgot the "s" in waste. I'm getting ur headache. too. Y do u think I;m up at this hr.? I can't sleep either.

I wouldn't suggest taking anything right now if u already took 600mgs of ibuprofen just half hr ago. Gonna have to wait it out now (for a little longer away). Wait as close to 4 hrs as u can, certainly not half an hr.

I just thought of something. It's old fashion, but it works. Try warm milk and honey.

I would try warm milk and honey.. but I honestly don't think I can stomach it. I feel absolutely awful and I'm really nauseous. =/

Crush your hand with a house brick. Trust me! The last thing you'll be thinking about is your headache.

Seriously, though. Lie down with an ice-pack on your forehead or around your eyes.

I actually kind of already am GoneWalk, lol. I took a rag and wet it with cold water and laid it on my neck and/or forehead. It took a long time, but it seems to be helping a little. As for my stomachache that goes along with it.. I never even thought about it, but warm tea!
i've been sipping for the past half hour and it definately seems to be helping a lot. =]

I find that "Forehead" which you roll across your forehead can be helpfull with stressy heaaches tht and lyind down quietly in a darkish room, hope you got some sleep and feel better!
