I am sorry you are having a rough time too....

I self harm and don't like too, so it's difficult to "like" your poem, but it was beautifully written, very personal and thank you for sharing it.

Thanks everyone. I'm trying to convince myself it's something that I need to show my counselor tomorrow. Any advice there?

Are nights in general tough? If so, I would try to keep myself occupied until I fell asleep. Perhaps crossword puzzles or some light exercise would help?

Is it the poem that you are thinking about showing your councilor? I so, I think it is a good idea. Perhaps you should just tell him or her that you wrote a poem about what you are currently dealing with and then ask your councelor if they would like to read it.
