Depression Support Group
Depression is a real and debilitating condition that is often misunderstood by family and friends. Its meaning can range from a prolonged period of sadness to an actual mental illness with specific symptoms. Find and share experiences with others who are going through the same struggles.

Sometimes, just that little extra rest can help re-set your outlook. It works for me.
And times like this are when I like to emply my "one knotty problem at a time" approach to Too Much To Do. Tackle what you can, the most important (and/ or the toughest) thing, first. The rest usually falls into place, or is the kind of stuff that can wait until tomorrow.

Have you thought about sending an email to them? That way when they get the time they can call you back. It is less annoying to wait for a return call than to sit on hold.
Gentle hugs
I've done this only once, but one time I was totally unable to get through to make an appointment, so I drove to the doctor's office. Funny how I was helped right away when I was there in person.
I take medication for my fatigue and anemia and for the past few days, it's not working at all! I guess I can blame it on the heat which is at 108 right now and it's not even 5 yet. That's the hottest part of our day for some reason. I live in California but I'm sure that was easy to figure out. I didn't feel well when I got up either Depressed, even had anxiety with no explanation. When your BP gets elevated, lay down and relax, and do some breathing exercises. Not too deep because it will make you dizzy, but not too light or it won't help. And always check your BP at least twice. And Please start taking your meds again, that may be a big part of why you are going through all of this. Hang in there hon.
