Depression Support Group
Depression is a real and debilitating condition that is often misunderstood by family and friends. Its meaning can range from a prolonged period of sadness to an actual mental illness with specific symptoms. Find and share experiences with others who are going through the same struggles.
It got worse: a year or so later, they must have realised I'd left that town, and this guy sent me a text saying he had something of mine and would I like it back? I thought I was being clever by not telling him where to post it: I said we could meet up in wellington, where I now was and where I knew he lived. Silence: reblock. He had his information, I had left that town.
I was gutted. Absolutely gutted. Fooled and rejected by total white trash manipulators. and so hurt.
The only thing I can say to do is to rise out of the ashes. Keep on doing what you're doing. keep on being who you are being. Give yourself time, and slowly, one person a year maybe? you will make yourself known, people will learn to believe in you, learn to trust you.
People will eventually know you for who and what you are. And I think you need a new group of friends. We sometimes grow out of high school friends.
it can be unbelievably lonely in your twenties. hang on in there. Keep smiling.
Wondering if there is a chat place somewhere on this board? Hmmm
