I moved up from Texas to Ohio for my girlfriend.
As soon as I moved up everything started getting worse. I made mistakes but I feel betrayed.
We told lies to each other and I have apologized repeatedly. she won't admit hers. I've caught her.
We broke up...and I tried in vain to repair things.
I went from being a good boyfriend, to suddenly I was supposedly doing things I wasn't doing.
Then I lost my place, my job and her in a matter of days, and she helped people destroy me out of anger and spite. Where was the loyalty to me? She helped perfect strangers ruin me. We were going to get married. All I get is anger from her and can't get her to just be civil.
Is that too much to ask? Wtf I loved her. I meant nothing. I don't want to have another breakdown.
I had 2 over her and was hospitalized. I almost killed myself and she didn't give a fuck. Now I'm in a place the Cincinnati VA put me in...and nobody knows where I am. I'm depressed, and the people around me think I could just get over being depressed, when Ihave bipolar depression and OCD. I can barely sleep at night. I don't understand how she could do that to me. 2 years together and I meant that little.every time I needed her she disappeared. she's never done anything to help me. I just don't understand

It's the problem with long distance relationships. I had one, nearly killed me. He was going to die without me. I had to move 1000 miles to be with him, take my daughter, leave my son. He was very insistent and towards the end while I was up north he was on my bluetooth in my ear at least 10 hrs a day. he would not let me off the phone.
I get there and within 2 weeks he's telling me what he's prepared to put up with from a girlfriend.
So all this undying love thing was just a pile of shit. Once he got me he started to second guess whether he wanted me or not. And here i was, disempowered, 1000 miles from anyone who could help, having spent my money getting all my belongings and such down there for him to use - and he's now on a power trip telling me how to toe the line.
Never to disagree at all whatsoever over anything whatsoever. 100% clampdown. I had to do all the housework, he sat on his computer playing spacey games. Didn't even light the fire in winter so i was doing everything when i got home from work while he sat around working 1/2 time bitching about how slack and useless women are.
noooo. no way would I go for a long distance thing ever again. All the things you don't know, you fill in with normal. And that's normal to you, not normal to them. They're filling their blank spaces in with normal to them.
So nothing meshes when you actually show up.
This was a big mistake, you misread this woman, she was not who you thought she was and you were not what she thought you were. Reality did not fit the dream.
Don't be wasting your time feeling suicidal over her. How the heck does killing yourself punish her? it doesn't. It will vindicate her. "oh yes, that guy, he was a loser and a loopy. Killed himself over me" - she will get a kick out of that. She will feel important, and wanted, and desireable. yeah, someone killed themself for her.
You don't want to give her that kick. You want her to rot and die. And the best way to make that happen, is to become fantastic. To fulfil your own self, get yourself ahead to where you want to be in life and then you can flip her the bird.
