Depression Support Group
Depression is a real and debilitating condition that is often misunderstood by family and friends. Its meaning can range from a prolonged period of sadness to an actual mental illness with specific symptoms. Find and share experiences with others who are going through the same struggles.

Sorry to hear this is happening to you. I've been experiencing the same thing recently, Some things that have helped me are...
--Taking some action, almost whatever it is, even something small, just to get inertia going in the right direction. Then the next action is easier, and the next.
--Saying to hell with my tiredness, not letting it decide what I will do.
--Reminding myself that I can do things, even if I'm tired or disinterested. My body still works. I can do things. Motivation helps, but it isn't essential. I can do things that I decide to do, even when I'm tired and down.
I hope these help...please keep us up to date about how you're doing.
Lilly - Sometimes, you just have to ignore the dialogue in your head and just start the mechanics of doing something. Most of the time, the though of doing something is actually worse than the actual doing...
Don't give up!! TR
I've been having mine really messed up sometimes it's hard to remember to take because I get so depressed.
But I know once you get back the beginning of it and your body normalizes you will hopefully feel better.
If it is just the med switch, it may take some time to work. New meds usually do! I know it's easier to keep to ourselves when we are struggling, but I encourage you to keep reaching out for support. We are not meant to walk this journey alone!
