Would not having a gall bladder make ssri's more likely to give me diarrhoea? I had two different ones 10 years ago with no problem but now I've been trying others and they give me terrible tummy upsets. My tummy had been delicate ever since having my gal bladder out .
Since this is all part of the digestive process, it is possible diarrhea is a side effect of cholecystectomy (gall bladder removal). This should be confirmed by your DOCTOR however.

That SSRIs are part of the condition is highly questionable ... and this should also be asked of your doctor.
