I dident relize how much it affected me ..to.right to my brothers and sisters that.my depreshion and angizity ..was so bad that I would not be able to ..take the plains ..I needed to to go visit my dad ..who isent doing good ....and I also rote in here .....to everyone ...and told you the same that every day is hard for me ....I am not one to ask for help ....my brothers ...fixed it up so I am flying with one and the other brother is driving me to his house a three and a half drive .......so I was so happy ......but I have been ....feeling ..strange ..like a hitendend ..sence of ..being inside my self ...feeling the depreshion more and the anzity ..worse ..and than last night .....I had this nightmare ..ware I was so much worse ...I couldent rember anything ...people were all over ....there were so many things and noise around me that it stoped me ..right in my tracks ..I felt so verable ...lost ...I seam to be feeling better to tight .....I have never told my family I was doing that bad ..I realy dident want them to know and I dident want to tell you ..because I thought you all had so much to deal with ...but I am one of you ...and I am here because I need you .....so take care ..I keep you all in my prayers ....I hope..that is the end of the nightmars ......they are hard on the body and mind .....God bless ...
