Hi, I am new to this support group and frankly this is the first time that I am actually trying to use the computer online to get help. I have tried in my area to get help with my depression I have asked doctors to refer me to support groups but to no avail. Frankly I am tried of sitting home not able to do anything because I have no friends since I developed MS. I walk with a cane and it is hard for me to get around. I use to be very active had alot of things going on but now it seems that my life has fallen apart. I don't have the energy I feel tired and its hard for me to get motivated to do anything. I don't know what the problem is I'm falling deeper and deeper into a depressed state and what friends I did have don't want to be bothered or family. HELP
