Its always sad that one parent can be such a jerk to someone he/she used to love. And its the child/children caught in the middle.
have people that really care - share. Try to get some self healing and when you feel consumed
Go Inwards and do self partnering- loving yourself and showering yourself- some of the
pain is residue from the marriage- we think all is good because we are in a new relationship
but it is not. You have to uproot all the negativity and residue and discard it.Sometimes the hurt
can also stem from our childhood and the relationship or marriage just brings our personal
issues to the surface. So You- have to put the work in to self heal your self =all the layers.(If you
want true complete healing).Yes I would see if the court can be involved an what your daughter feels
about this. Hugs and Positive Energy and Vibes your way!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I fought my ex-husband’s tricks and head games for years. It’s overwhelming and so very stressful. They do it for control. I was divorced for at least 2 years, before I realized the control he still had over me. He was still pulling my strings and even on the phone, I felt that I had to sit there and listen to his BS. I did go to counseling that helped with with the stress and opened my eyes to “why” I still was letting him control me, even though I didn’t even realize it. In addition, my mother was a fantastic support in giving me very wise advise. I’ve also been on antidepressants that helped balance out chemical imbalances in my brain.
When my boys had to go to their dads for the weekends, I just had to pray and trust that they would be ok, because legally I had to let them go. Just a side note: they turned out just fine. Prayers work. One thing I never did was talk bad about their dad, even though he talked bad about me to them (for years). Kids are smart. Smarter than we give them credit for sometimes.
Take care of you, give yourself some “me” time to breathe and release. Perhaps regular messages. They are very beneficial for your health.
