Depression Support Group
Depression is a real and debilitating condition that is often misunderstood by family and friends. Its meaning can range from a prolonged period of sadness to an actual mental illness with specific symptoms. Find and share experiences with others who are going through the same struggles.
I really understand what you mean, but don't put yourself down. You don't have to overthink whatever problem you are fighting. Moreover, it is okay to not be okay, so there is no need to fight it. Get yourself some rest, eat healthy food, drink a lot of water, and get yourself busy with something you love to do to get your mind off of the situation.
You know sometime you feel this way because of less rest and even foods could affect your thinking. So make sure that you are pampering yourself and then once your mind is clear, you could try and find time to solve the issue/s.
There is no need to be so melancholy and to feel like you can't find a way. You will manage to get pass this and when you look back, you'll see that it is just a small problem. Why? Because you will manage to get pass this. Don't give up now. You have a whole life ahead of you and what's awesome is that there are bunch of greatness in stores for you.
Do something lovely for yourself. Come on, you deserve it! =)
Step back from your thoughts and just observe them. Notice when they trigger emotion, but treat the emotions like a pebble in your shoe. Remove the pebble and continue watching.
Depression affects your body first. Your mind tries to explain why you cant feel good and just assumes its because you arent good enough or something is lacking. Nothing is lacking. Everything is fine. Youre just depressed.
If you do nothing today, its okay. Maybe try to sit outside in the fresh air for a minute.
Keep watching your thoughts. Dont judge or correct or even interact with them. Just watch.
