hi my name is Stephanie. I'm new on these sites. I'm 36 I have 3 wonderful children I have been thru alot since I lost them . Now I'm trying to save my marriage of 4yrs on the 9th of May we have been together for 9yrs all together. Been thru alot I have depression, anxiety, and stressed out. I'm staying with a friend of mine and he is in a men's amethyst house we r both trying to stay clean for our self and our kids.


   I have had 3 surgery's my appendix taken out , a full hysterectomy and a cyst removed. I really need help trying to cope with everything that has been goin on. And on top of it all trying my hardest not to lie to my husband. I have problems trying to keep myself together and way life is goin right now I'm ready to end my life please any thing helps I can't trust any one any more.

All I can recommend is what helps me and others I know. The only medicine that works for me is martial arts training. Look into Aikido in particular, it is very women-friendly.

See a doctor! Have you tried talking to people about it? Hotlines are available and are there to listen to you! I hope everything goes well for you it seems that you have lots going on, take care

Stephanie, it may sound funny but you have a lot to live for, I wish I had 3 kids, lol. Work with your husband to always speak the truth to each other. That is the first and foremost thing. Verbalize your needs to him, ask him his needs of you, validate. It takes work. If you are using I suggest NA or AA meetings. One tool I found was to write out my day on paper, this is what the person I want to be would do. And then stick with those actions like fly paper. Example: 9:58 AM, tell wife I love her and give her a hug. Literally I would do that around that time. 10:32 AM have coffee and call my Mom. 11:00 AM go to work. etc. it is a one event at a time method of change for the better. Thought I would share. thanks for listening, I am feeling better.

I agree it seems like you have a lot to live for those 3 beautiful kiddos of yours, and a husband thats great. What a blessing. Prayer helps get you out of those dark times, call on the lord. And you can Call 1-800-273-8255 for crisis help.

Hello, I am sorry your are going through this. You can overcome this. I know it is hard, but have you considered talking to a licensed counselor? Praying for you.

Hi, I agree completely with geoyur77's post. You need to document everything you do in a day on paper and then afterwards look back over it and reflect on it and ask yourself - why did I do this. Focus on making one small change to your life at a time. And verbalise more with your husband. I wish my wife was able to verbalise her condition to me more and do something about it, but it's not happening yet. Hopefully it will once she starts receiving treatment.

Thank you everybody for the feed back it is helping me very much I have been taking pics of where I'm at and sending it to him. I'm doin much better and staying honest to him about everything. We still have problems with trusting each other but I know it's gonna take time.
