Depression Support Group
Depression is a real and debilitating condition that is often misunderstood by family and friends. Its meaning can range from a prolonged period of sadness to an actual mental illness with specific symptoms. Find and share experiences with others who are going through the same struggles.
As far as I've heard, 14 is the suggested minimum age! We used to have a depression teens group, but I think that got folded into the regular depression group when they had a major upgrade.
I do know that some psych meds have weight gain as a side effect, so you might want to research your meds for weight gain side effects. I would be very angry at any doctor who told me or my family that they could not lose weight.
I am a very firm believer that there is always a better place forus, and that there is a path that can get us from where we are to where we want to be. If your doctors are not helping you with this, then it may be time for new doctors. But one little note: we have to do a lot of the work ourselves. It is our life, and the only person who can make changes is us. Doctors and therapists can help with suggestions, but in the end we have to do the work.
I know for me that getting rid of clutter is important, be it physical clutter like a messy office or emotional clutter like blaming others for my shortcomings. Finding your path can be hard, but it can be done
Gentle hugs (in a kindly old man sort of way!)

If you're not too big for your own comfort though, just understand it's not podge that's unattractive, it's flab. My daughter is very large and she has a boyfriend who loves her completely. Well fiance now. She was always large, and I didn't raise her to feel bad about it, I raised her to know it was not a moral issue, and that she was (is) absolutely beautiful.
You will find your way with that over time.
As to the bipolar and such: I do hope things go well for you. you seem to have got the whole bunch but I actually suspect that you get rid of one, the rest will follow. A lot of it is curable and there's some wonderful help out there if you are determined to win. See if you can get more days at work and make a rule for yourself: if you want to get upset go hide in the loo. Just make an absolute workplace rule of no getting upset and no arguing of any kind. this is probably me talking about me really - but my anxiety makes me strident and squawky, and people don't respond well to that. I have to create this rule. No arguing. Just obeying.
I struggle with being alone too. I hate it and it's driving me insane. i found a pottery course I'm going to do on thursday nights... get me out and get me mingling and get me having some fun.
