Depression Support Group
Depression is a real and debilitating condition that is often misunderstood by family and friends. Its meaning can range from a prolonged period of sadness to an actual mental illness with specific symptoms. Find and share experiences with others who are going through the same struggles.
We need to keep control with ourselves!
Volunteer with a group that shares a concern of yours. But make it one that can "guarantee success". A group that aims to make Latin the official language of the world is not likely to see success in our lifetimes; a group that aims to fight illiteracy one adult at a time is likely to find success one adult at a time.
Struggle in every way! Find long term goals to cling to, and short term goals to get you through times when those long and short term goals seem illusive.
Keep at it!
Sometimes we cling to family (is that you and a family member in your avatar?) when things are hard.
Gentle hugs
I can totally relate, my girlfriend left my for my best friend almost 5 months ago and i still think about it almost every minute of every day, i hold in my tears all day until i get home or in my car and then i finally let it out. I cry myself to sleep every night and i too think i'm going crazy. I've pushed away all my friends away because nobody compares to her, nobody is good enough and i don't want anyone else but her. She was my best friend, i've never been closer to anyone. I too have had negative thoughts but i know that aside from being really depressed, lonely and really scared about what my future will be because i don't really have much hope for it, i know there are some good things in my life like my health and family and that decision is something you can never take back. Please message me if you want to talk.
Sometimes, especially when we are looking for a long term relationship, we need to "till a lot of fields" before we find success.

It's just a matter of trying to hold onto the basics. Baby steps to cling to each day. Many here who want to help you through this. You are not alone and you don't have to be.
