Please don't hurt yourself. I know things are bad for you right now but try to just let the thoughts come and go without harm. Life can be tough and there are many of us here to help support you. Tell me about yourself. Where do you live, do you live alone, are you employed? First and foremost stop blaming yourself for anything. Life is a learning experience for all of us. We are just getting to know ourselves better than we can start to heal. Are you taking any medications to hold you over?

There is nothing in your past someone else hasnt done too. Your not alone or unique.

Don't let the past wreck the future. Stand your ground and force it to stop. Build a wall.
