I'm in shock. I just found out this morning. My friend is devasted and blames herself. Please send up prayers or whatever your belief system is.

I don't know that person's situation or what led to that decision but when I have been at that point, even wrote letters to those I love most, there was nothing they could have done to help. The pain was too great & I wanted them to love me enough to let me go. Now I know that isn't an option because I truly believe this not all there is. That means there is no nothingness which is what I long for. Sometimes that makes me angry but still here I sit.
I want your friend to know she couldn't have fixed this & it certainly doesn't mean she wasn't loved. I will say a prayer for all of you for peace & healing even if understanding doesn't come.

And the What Ifs are very hard to deal with, I wish I could have done something
to help the people I knew who ended their lives. But it's too late. All you
can do now is be there for your friend. This is the hardest thing to go through.
