Just send her another friend request and type in that you deleted her by mistake, okay? She's your friend, ofcourse she'll understand.

Please don't feel alone in this; I have done the same thing.

WV and I have pleaded with DS to make the "Un-Friend" option require a confirming dialog before the friendship is removed.
