Depression Support Group
Depression is a real and debilitating condition that is often misunderstood by family and friends. Its meaning can range from a prolonged period of sadness to an actual mental illness with specific symptoms. Find and share experiences with others who are going through the same struggles.

Okay?
I wish I could offer something more specific lol...but sometimes it does help to just take a moment to breathe. Have you tried picking the smallest thing you have to do...or even breaking things down into smaller pieces? That way you can give yourself a little victory when you finish something, regardless of the size. Any progress is good :)
Gentle hugs
I hope things get better for you my friend. I'm sorry you feel this way at this time. (((HUG))) God Bless You.
on top of all the regular life things that I have to do but can't, I have to write a 4-5 page paper for a philosophy class and I can't even do that!!!...I sat at my computer last night for at least 4 hours doing research and trying to come up with something and all I got was 1 paragraph...I freaking KNOW WHAT I WANT TO SAY BUT I CAN"T FIGURE OUT HOW TO SAY IT!!!!....it is so frustrating!!!!!
then today when I got up, I went out side to try to get my motorcycle started...and I was able to tinker with it and find what I thought was the problem: a partially blocked fuel line...but when I put everything back together...and tried to start it...IT WONT START!!!! AND I CAN'T FIX IT!!!!!!
I used to be able to fix anything...I used to know everything...now? I don't know anything, and I can't fix anything...not even myself!!!!!
I am really having a very hard time with this thing called life...sometimes I just don't want to do it anymore...REALLY....why go on living a life on the outside when I am already dead on the inside?
I feel you frowning. You're pessimistic right now, but it works. And you know what helps cognition and mood? Mental and physical exercise.
Although, I do think you should stick around......
