That's always quite the mood-lifter for me. ^_^
My psychologist gave me some really good advice about this kind of thing.
Thoughts of death and relief are just your brain trying to tell you it's not sure what to do. You are the executive of your brain and when these thoughts come to you, you have to acknowledge them, say "thanks brain, but I don't think i need that thought" and actively search for an answer, whether it's short term- just distracting yourself or long term, trying to change the situation that's bringing you down. Just don't listen to them because you never know when your brain will change its tune.
You have to be the strong person to guide yourself through, you have to take control of your thoughts, you have to try and be positive and believe in yourself. I know that sounds cheesy, but honestly you can't get through it if you don't believe you can.
hugs. I hope you can feel better!
Thanks for the song. It is really a statement of things that happen to us.
