Depression Support Group
Depression is a real and debilitating condition that is often misunderstood by family and friends. Its meaning can range from a prolonged period of sadness to an actual mental illness with specific symptoms. Find and share experiences with others who are going through the same struggles.

Managing these things for me has been similar to managing depression since I've experienced a lot of crossover self esteem issues and negative thought patterns.
Reminding myself to breathe, drink some water and stretch does help when the anxiety of PMS is its highest.
Writing in a journal can help just to get those negative thoughts out and read them in a different light. They dont' seem as dire when they're on paper for some reason.
Take 10-15 minutes to just sit in your car by yourself and soak in some silence. It isnt' a vacation, but it is some needed time set aside to do nothing, and it can take the edge off. no need to turn it on, just use it as a time out box.
Depression can be managed without prescription meds, and so can PMS. it might not go away, but you have done it before and you can get through this. Knowing that it is temporary and reminding yourself of that might be a little bit of help in itself.
I wish you lots of luck and feel free to message me if you ever need to vent! I feel ya, sister! It sucks, but you got this!!
