I don't look in the mirror anymore. I am scared to see what I have become.

I will go ages without looking in the mirror. Usually when I am at my worst with depression. But, when the day comes that I feel better and I go to fix myself up....POW! I realize how far I let myself go down hill. Now I make myself look in the mirror everytime I enter the bedroom or bathroom. I make myself put on face cream, ect.

The mirror fuels my disorders. I look in the mirror too often, and I just pick away at every little thing I hate about myself. Its sad.
ZAZAS
me too, it is like you don't even recognize yourself.

The mirror is a distortion of reality. The way we see ourselves isn't the way other's see us. It is our beliefs that feeds our insecurities and self-hate. I try to look in the mirror and say only these words "I'm worth it."

the mirror is my enemy...it just makes me hate my bulges even more and magnifies my gray hairs, wrinkles and rings around my eyes...who needs it?
