So, I've been on Sertraline for 8 weeks now. Not sure what I'm supposed to be feeling? How do I know if they are working as they should be?
My sleep is all over the place, I am not eating, motivation is non-exsitant. I guess I'm not 'as low' or as 'extreme' in my reactions to stuff.
I've completed CBT really have found it only helpful in 'crisis moments'.
Anyone? :(

Zoloft is an excellent medication, I know a few people who take it, and they are doing great. It does take some time for it to work though. Takes some time for you to see all the good benefits of it. Do you take your dose every day?
Check with your psychiatrist, let them know how you are doing on it, and see what they think about the dose you are on. They would know if you should increase or decrease.... check with them and see what they want you to do.
CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy) is a type of therapy that needs to be practiced over and over and over again. Almost every day. So, even when you don't think you need it some days, practice what you learned anyway.
It all takes patience. You are getting there! Keep going!
