I am sorry you are going through this. Take some deep breaths. Think about how your children would be affected if you choose to end your life. You are their support; and I think you could use some support too with the way you are feeling. Have you considered counseling, marriage counseling or a family counselor? You deserve to feel better and it is always better to make difficult decisions when you are feeling good. Breathe, slow down, make slow decisions right now.

You don't want to end your life. Think of how it would effect your sons if you were not here for them. You are a good person and not a waste of space. Call a suicide hotline to get some help. Consider seeing a professional doctor who can recommend a counselor or a therapist for you to talk to. Continue to talk to us here on this site. You will find many who feel the same way. Thank you. My mood swings hourly. Saw a counsellor with my wife today and she doesnt know if she wants to try and make a go of the marriage again. Im in limbo. I want it to take. Have tried to hurt myself but not terminally. Its horrible speaking this way as its not me. But i cant control my emotions at the moment . She atill wants time and im happy to give it. During my divorce, I was suicidal due to the divorce, undiagnosed bipolar disorder and active alcoholism. The ONLY thing that kept me from committing suicide was the vision of my STBX telling my two young children that I didn't love them enough to work thru my pain. That I cared more about eliminating my hurt and it didn't matter if I added to their pain.
