Depression Support Group
Depression is a real and debilitating condition that is often misunderstood by family and friends. Its meaning can range from a prolonged period of sadness to an actual mental illness with specific symptoms. Find and share experiences with others who are going through the same struggles.

So my wife has been getting annoyed with me recently and it's been really hard to get a equal balance. For years it's really just been the two of us and not many friends, we would rather spend a Friday night in with a movie and dinner rather than going out clubbing. But I've made some friends at work and now they are inviting me out in the evening and messaging me after work and it's doing her head in because I don't give her enough attention. At the same time I'm thinking, I want my own friends that aren't anything to do with her, and I want to be giving her the attention she wants.
What also is making this difficult is one of these friends has gone through a really bad breakup and wants me to help and talk to her about it.
I know that I should really have my loyalty to my wife first but she has it all the time, I'm sick of living in her pocket and sometimes I need a break from her.
