Ok, when people ask at work how my weekend or holiday was, I usually answer with, "I made it through."
This morning I am leaving my girlfriend tossing and turning in bed after she took a sleep aid to end a five day stay awake aderal binge. She is in severe back pain and I told her I would call the doctor today and take her, but sleep is more important right now. I will call and schedule for tomorrow. I just stepped in a huge pee stain from her dog she hadn't let out. I only hope she doesn't come to and have hallucinations and fall down the steps. Last time she was like this I attempted to situate her on the couch but she kept hitting the floor then flopping her head into what ever hard furniture or surface was around, and I ended up having her transported by ambulance. She told me 'not' to do that again. Only so much I can do. I need to leave for work, I am out of sick time because of her. Had almost no sleep this weekend. Going to be a fun day dealing with no sleep and customers.
On the bright side my son landed a job that argueably is better than the job I have held for the last twenty years and gave me a cell phone. His cell phone because his work gave him and I phone for free.
After the Holidays I am going to have to ask that she leave back to her home she pays the bills on. She pays the bills for a vacant house but not this one, time to get off the pot, shit has been only over the place and I am done with it.
So I guess my question here is, how to ask her to leave. I do care for her, but the self destructive behavior has taken its toll on me and my son long enough.

Sounds to me like she is a high risk for DEATH.
Tell her "I do care for you, but the self destructive behavior has taken its toll on me and my son long enough, and you have to leave until you resolve your drug habit."
