I guess lately I've been getting confused more and more easily. It doesn't entirely help that I haven't had any access to medication in the past while, nor does it help that my mood shifts rather quickly as of late. I've lost sleep and can't really seem to find a way to get back into a normal sleeping pattern. Sometimes I'm awake until 7am and other times I sleep at 11pm only to wake up at 3am.
I don't honestly know when it's started, but I do know that I'm gradually starting to lose friendships. And even then less and less people are talking to me. I don't know what's going on anymore and to be honest I'm at the point where I'm about to break.
I know I've made some changes and that at the very least I still do have some friends left in my life.
I've started to feel more and more disconnected every day and at this point I don't know what to do or who to turn to. My mind is never focused and even though I know I'm going in the right direction I find myself doubting everything.
Is there anything I can do to help myself out of this?

I gave my 2 week notice last Friday 13th. Now to join you fine people in a life of leisure and nothing else to do but to look out for myself....is it just me or does that sound pretty boring? My goal was to live to retire and I guess having to take early retirement because of health reasons wasn't exactly the way I had planned things. I just can't stay in that building that is reeking mildew...

I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps. I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...
You are probably right about the medication...if you are dealing with depression or anxiety and aren't on meds...it's going to make everything that much harder. Not sure why you don't have access to meds...if it is due to lack of funds...usually there is a local welfare agency that can assist. Take care.
