lightning strikes my head and curing me

man were do i start ok im still getting brain zaps the more i get them my ipod head has slowly started fading away no music i dont know if the nerves in my head is coming back to life or what this is nuts 13 days off klonapin and miraculousy the ipod head is starting to leave so now i just lay in the bed and let the zaps keep going the more i get zapped the less music gets playd in my head my new nick name is zappy lol

Not fighting them was a large part of my eventually getting free of them, and now they only return whenever I fall back into "worry" (the delusion of control) and its related stress. So from one "zappy" o another: Hang in there!
