Thank you so much skiesonfire!! I'm really struggling. Saw pdoc today and the last time I will be seeing him. Not happy about that, but have been referred to the Mental Health Hospital here. I really hope they are going to be able to help me. Don't go till the 18th and it will be decided if I do intense inpatient or programs as outpatient. The good thing is on days were I'm really bad I can get in to see the nurse that day or the next.

I'm sorry, I got distracted, and the pages haven't been loading fast for me...but I'm back.

It's so hard when we're in that place. I'm relieved to hear there's an emergency person you can speak to, face to face.

I hope you will check into seeing a nurse at the new place as soon as
possible.
This will pass, you just need to hang on for the "ride".

outpatient programs are cool is a lot you can gain from them. Also can make some great friends going through similar to you. Hang in there! Day by day, minute by minute if you have to

Thank you to all of your for your replies. I don't see the nurse and new pdoc until the 18th...until then I just need to hold on as best I can. I really don't want to end up in the hospital like I did in Dec. But some nights the thoughts are just so overwhelming and I feel like a useless waste of space.
I'm really hoping to do just outpatient and get the help I need and like Max said make some new friends.
You are all wonderful caring people!!!
