I'm back yet again,
I've been struggling off and on for many years with severe anxiety and depression. I wish I had the links to past postings so I didn't have to re-hash everything again.
To sum it up.. I've had suicidal thoughts and depression since early childhood around 5-6. In my early teens I struggled more and began to cut at age 12. I've always felt different than everyone else. I've been exploring Borderline Personality Disorder with my therapist who has confirmed that I do have it but we've never explored it further.
I was hospitalized a few weeks ago after taking a lot of pills. I went into the hospital so frightened and panicked and came out of the hospital wishing I was still in there.
I feel like I've tried everything from multiple anti-depressants ( Zoloft, Celexa, Wellbutrin, and Cymbalta ) and nothing seems to work. I am on Lamictal now which is normally used to treat Bipolar but I think it's making me feel crazy. I've tried exercise. I've tried religion. I'm in therapy. Has anyone tried that med before?

Ice passed away in February at 17yrs old. She collasped one day and that was it. I am still crying. I miss her so, so much.I miss the smell of her paws, playing with her scruffy beard, listening to her bark in her sleep, the way she nudges my hand with her nose during our walks. I see her everywhere. In my car, at the door, under my desk, the neighborhood. I want to hold her and kiss her so...

I lost my dog last July to cancer, as some of you might remember. It was devastating and I got very depressed, but through treatment I got back to "my normal" last month. I've been poking around the rescue sites to adopt a dog and I've seen a few since July and I visited them but decided I wasn't ready. I actually adopted one in September but realized I was too depressed and it was a mistake so I...
