Depression Support Group

Do any of you guys take this? Ive been trying to take it and i dont know if it is because i way so little but it really affects me. I get really tired and dizzy so i take it at bed but even the next day i am extremely nausiated and tired plus i get bad diarreah. ive tried talking to my dr who said to quarter it but im still getting the same affects.
Im new to the group and to depression just redectly diagnosed. ive gone through major illness this year still dealing with chronic pain for 8 months now and just now kind of finding out why but i still do not have all the answers. I also lost my mom at age 15 back in 2001 it really hit hard since ive been ill.
