For 5 straight days...my stomach has been in KNOTS!!

No pain, no nausea, no constipation.....

Any suggestions please?

If I go pay an outrageous copay at doctor...they'll just say "nervous stomach"......

When I am worried or depressed I get stomach knots I guess. It feels like something is sitting at the base of the esophagus inside the stomach, and it won't go down or come up. Is that what u are feeling?

In your case, I would suspect an anxiety based aggravation of the solar plexus ... but I am not a doctor.

I do a lot of vigorous bicycling. It forces me to push from my core (gut), untightens those knots and the breeze blowing on me allows me to think more freely.
