Depression Support Group
Depression is a real and debilitating condition that is often misunderstood by family and friends. Its meaning can range from a prolonged period of sadness to an actual mental illness with specific symptoms. Find and share experiences with others who are going through the same struggles.
Law suits have a purpose. Yours is a classic purpose. I don't blame you at all.
>>and damnit, im tired of getting f****d up and just getting screwed out of life.
One no-fault accident and you are screwed out of life? I think there is more to the story.
frustrated i guess, sorry
typing one handed on a keyboard where most of the letters have long ago worn off sucks... sorry for all those typos
wish we had an edit button :)
:)
i officially hired a lawyer today...
i dont know why but i feel bad about it, like i sgouldnt be doing it.... but i have to
*sigh*
Someone put it to me that way and it becomes a little easier...that person paid insurance in case of this type of thing...and now the INSURANCE will have to pay..not the person and the persons rate won't go too high (I know because my son wrecked my car and it was his fault and my insurance didn't go to high and they got the highest settlement).
So do what you have to do for you and don't feel so much guilt about the people..it will barely affect them.
yesterday i was in excruciating pain all day... today i went and saw a chiropractor... he cracked my neck and tried to crack my back, but the back was too painful, he had to stop
but even just doing the neck seems to have helped some
i have no idea whats going on... i feel like im caught inna hurricane
the lawyers office is sposed to call me tuesday to talk about the accident but i get the feeling i wont learn much then either
plus, my employer doesnt seem to want to do the paperwork i need to get lost wages... hes behind on taxes and was paying me cash... so i dunno what to do about that... hes a friend so i dont want to get him in trouble or anything
guess illl ask the lawyer about it on tuesday
And its a tough spot for you with your employer/friend/money.
I just freaked out - applying for SSDI and everytime I see a letter from them in the mail....I shake....and verge on potential breakdown.
Stay strong..one foot in front of the other...I'm so sorry.
