This is only a painful set-back that is a part of our healing and finding a good life. Keep reaching out and sharing and know how far you have come to survive what you have lived through. This is only temporary and WILL get better over time.

I understand. I have been out of work for over 2 years. I wish I had words of encouragement for both of us. It's hard when your career defines so much of who you are but I suppose there is a lesson in that...sorry I am not helping.

gotta have faith& will power..I was once in your place, not too long ago..I had lost my job, which made me unable to continue to pay for school, so I was then considered a drop out. Which then made me loose my health care..it was a looonng dark, alone period of time in my life...but I kept up faith, not just in God but in myself..keep lookn, keep yourself busy..& it will just happen..I promise=)

trayanne, i am sorry things look so bleak for you right now. please try not to be hard on yourself. i don't think it's fair of your brother for him to expect for you to act like you feel ok when you don't . what purpose does that serve really? but you really do have to try to be kind to yourself. you aren't worthless. you are grieving and you have no job.

you are capable, it's the economy and the luck of the draw really. i just took a civil service exam and have had some bad luck. i have no permanent employment. it sucks. it's hard. i wish you luck and strength my dear.
