Depression Support Group
Depression is a real and debilitating condition that is often misunderstood by family and friends. Its meaning can range from a prolonged period of sadness to an actual mental illness with specific symptoms. Find and share experiences with others who are going through the same struggles.

There is a good reason why your relationship broke down, and good reason means healthy reason, you both came to the same conclusion, you were not a compatible couple afterall. Move on, and swifty, you are wasting precious potential happier times by not doing so.
You will be able to do it!

I'm thinking of donating some of those relics from my broken relationship because I also had a rough time of letting go and throwing away the letters, cards, and pictures. At one time, I had wanted to box up certain things he had given me and send it to him all wrapped up pretty for his birthday. I was going to write notes on it - like for the watch he gave me "You wasted my time for the last time" or for the perfume "Scent of a damn liar/cheater" - but my friend told me that would just be crazy to do that. My humor is more sarcastic than others.
